As your search partner, he will work tirelessly to find that high-impact executive that brings game-changing leadership to your organization.

John Greaves joined Hadrian Executive Search in 2025 as a partner who focuses on roles in AI/ML, technology, data and analytics.

John has over twenty-five years of experience as a practitioner and leader for AI/ML, Data and Analytics teams. He has consulted within the verticals of Telecommunications, Health Care, Financial Services, Consumer Retail, Insurance. Software and Logistics. Prior to Hadrian Executive Search, John served as Chief Data Scientist for the US Postal Service where he was instrumental in building a highly successful data science team. In this capacity, John cowrote the USPS AI policy. Throughout his career, John has applied his experience and training in business strategy, advanced analytics and AI/ML to solve complex business problems for C Suite executives.

As a volunteer, John has served as a youth football coach and career counselor. He has been featured as a speaker/presenter at business school graduate programs in Analytics.

Todd Drake joined our team as the Director of Operations and oversees our sourcing, client/candidate engagement and project management.

Prior to joining our team he held numerous roles across Nissan’s various business lines. He brings a deep understanding of Corporate Compliance, customer insight, and business process effectiveness. Drawing on his understanding of the automotive industry, he is highly regarded for his problem-solving and communication skills.

Todd is a fluent in Japanese.
